New Proposed By-Laws for USCA Circulated
The Governance Task Force of the USCA has circulated for review, new proposed By-Laws for the structure and governance of the USCA. The By-Laws contain fundamental changes to the structure of the leadership of the USCA.  A vote on these By-Laws  is planned for the next Members Meeting of the USCA, April 12-13.
The Executive Committee of the WSCA has scheduled a meeting for Mar. 16, and welcomes opinions from the community of Wisconsin curlers. Please contact a member of the Executive Committee prior to Mar. 16, if you have any opinions or statements you wish to have considered in regard to these new By-Laws.
